IN-GAME GEAR

We've tried to make our games as realistic as possible. We even included a TON of real gear that you can buy in real life from Bass Pro Shops website or retail locations. Check out this list of gear featured in The Strike: Tournament Edition.

KING OF BUCKS

You like big bucks? If so, check these Bass Pro beauties out. Each one is hidden on a level on The Hunt: Trophy Showdown. Can you bag them all?

DID YOU KNOW

  • Feral Hogs are often confused with the smaller Javelina - members of the peccary family, a group of hoofed mammals originating from South America.
  • There are well over a million alligators living in Louisiana.
  • Coyotes will eat just about anything. They've been known to eat rodents, frogs, deer, snakes, fruit, insects, and unsuspecting pets.
  • The Peacock Bass is not actually a bass at all. It's in the Cichla genus, a group of closely related species of tropical and freshwater fish native to the Amazon River basin of South America.
  • Mule deer have no upper teeth, only a hard roof.

REAL LAKE (OR RIVER) FACT

  • In an effort to spare the region from devastating floods, Table Rock Lake (Missouri) was created in 1958 when the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers built a dam across the White River.
  • Home to Caiman, Anacondas, Electric Eels, Pirhanas, and the notorius parasite called the Candiru, the Amazon is no place to make a mistake.
