The Strike: Real Lake Facts
- The name Lake Toho (FL) is short for Lake Tohopekaliga - a Seminole phrase for "we will gather together here."
- Located along the banks of the Tennesee River in NE Alabama, Lake Guntersville covers almost 70,000 acres of river terrain, backwater flats, and gorgeous lake scenery.
- A reservoir serving Dallas and its suburbs, Lake Fork holds 15 state records for Largemouth Bass.
The Hunt: Did you Know:
- "The Hunt: Trophy Showdown" contains 10 realistic regions that you can openly scout, track, and hunt. In honor of keeping it real, here's a random fact based on one of these real regions - Missouri. "Due to unrestricted hunting, the estimated whitetail population in Missouri was estimated to be only around 400 total deer in 1925. Thanks to state conservation efforts, hunters now are able to bag 300,000 deer every year."
- Caribou are the only member of the deer family in which both males and females grow antlers.
- With an ability to run at over 53 miles per hour, Pronghorns are among the fastest animals in North America.
